We are now looking, on behalf of our client, for an all-round technician for a leading industrial company with modern production and in-house technical expertise. The business is characterized by safety, quality, and long-term commitment. Here, you will play an important role in keeping production running.

About the role

You will work broadly within technical maintenance and service in a production-oriented environment. The role involves varied working days where you troubleshoot, resolve issues, and work both reactively and proactively. Part of the job also includes machining as needed. Examples may include milling, turning, and grinding, primarily in the form of single-piece manufacturing and custom solutions.

You will be part of a smaller team where collaboration, personal responsibility, and practical problem-solving are in focus.

Who are you?

You are a hands-on technician who thrives when each day is different and where you can take responsibility for your tasks. You enjoy solving real-world problems, not through long meetings, but by thinking, testing, and making things work.

You feel comfortable working independently but also find it easy to collaborate with others in production. You have experience in mechanical work and machining and are used to tackling what needs to be done, whether it involves troubleshooting, improvements, or manufacturing individual components. Above all, you are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy the feeling of seeing a concrete result from your work.
